A 4 eye big fish head drove a dark grey Myvi with car plate number PHJ XXXX reversed his car from a parking lot and knocked Silvy's bumper. When we came out from car to check Silvy's condition, the dark grey Myvi took an u-turn and ran away...

This is the 2nd time my bumper gets knocked by somebody and the driver ran away...

I think it is time to get a new bumper before it starts to fall off... sob sob...
