    Emarald or Emerald? where is this place? Is this a walk up apartment? How much is it selling for? How big is it? Freehold or leasehold?

    Opps... typo error. is Emerald Park. It is located in Teluk Kumbar, bayan lepas. 4 storey apartment with lift. From the ad by the developer, around RM 290k. 1000 sq feet. freehold. The living area + kitchen is an open concept, so quite spacious. But rooms are small.

    By the way, we didn't buy that place. cos the location is not so strategic....
